WOW!! COOL FUN seeing you ALL.
Well we got 53 students and 5 staff into our 9am google meet this morning! It was very cool to see so many of our students engaged and the students from the other classes within Te Waka Ako. We all shared a bit of what we had been doing this week or over the lockdown time.
58 onboard! Some lag and glitching occurred but on the whole cool fun. We also watched Maddison's family help her do one of the Reading tasks; enacting a play. It is very cool, have a watch. |
Tomorrow we will do it again and have it like an assembly with our certificates and sharing work. If you didn't make it today make sure you know how to get on tomorrow. See you there!!
I loved the google meet today thank you teachers for setting this all up.

Me too. I'll see you guys today, there is another one.
ReplyDeleteI liked your acting and watching the video it looked cool. It would be cool if you did another one. How long did it take you to practice?
ReplyDeleteKia ora Te Waka Ako,
ReplyDeleteIt is so fantastic to see so many students and teachers involved in your Google Meets! We have been having them at our school as well, but in a smaller group size. Our tamariki are always so excited to see each other and share their online learning. I loved the "Guess the Baby" photo challenge that you did. What a cool idea! I also liked watching the play that was acted out. Kapai mahi, keep up the awesome work everyone. Thank you to Miss Daly for sharing.
Nga mihi,
Mrs Carter (Rm 24 - PES).
Hi te waka ako
ReplyDeleteI really loved your play
maybe next time you could think about maybe sewing animals to use
I really liked how you used the stuff at home to make into the crocodile and the lake
my question is did you make the play or did you get it from a book
what is your play about
ReplyDeleteWOW! so many students and teachers involved in a Google Meet. What did you enjoy about the Google Meet? What were the challenges with so many of you during the Google Meet. What did you learn about using the Google Meet. Well done to everyone for the involvement and participation.
ReplyDeleteHi Te Waka Ako,
ReplyDeleteWas great hearing so many of you online. It's amazing through technology you are all still able to connect with the syndicate. We enjoyed making the play with Maddison. Took lots of practices. We had so many bloopers. Most of all we had lots of fun. Have any of you reenacted any of the plays.
How are you all finding the google meets?
Loved our Te Waka Ako meet, it was awesome to see everyone's smiley faces. I thought we all did really well to contain our excitement at seeing each other and not chat over others! It took us along time to get through everyone but I enjoyed hearing about everyone's Lockdown experiences. Can't wait until our next one!
